DAYTIME REPAIR VISIT
1 Hour Included From £120 + VAT Fast daytime response with one hour of labour included. If the repair requires more than the included hour, we’ll provide a clear on‑site quotation before continuing.
EVENING REPAIR VISIT
1 Hour Included From £140 + VAT Rapid evening response with one hour of labour included. If the repair requires more than the included hour, we’ll provide a clear on‑site quotation before continuing.
NIGHT-TIME REPAIR VISIT
1 Hour Included From £160 + VAT Immediate overnight response with one hour of labour included. If the repair requires more than the included hour, we’ll provide a clear on‑site quotation before proceeding.
Terms & Conditions
You can book online for same day emergency’s or non-emergency repairs for a day that suits.
We charge a labour-only fee. This covers the cost of sending an engineer to your property and up to one hour of on-site labour. If any parts or additional work are required, we will need to provide a separate quote. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fix the issue without additional parts or labour, we will inform you and provide a quote for necessary work. Please note that 99% of call repairs are resolved at no extra cost, but if extra work, labour, or parts are required, we will quote accordingly.
If booked for now and it’s an emergency, our engineer will be with you as quickly as possible, normally within 1 hour. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
